This allows you to have a prepaid chat over the phone, or via WhatsApp video to discuss the issues you are needing help with and look at possible solutions going forward.

Behavioural problems attached to aggression can only be partly assessed over the phone or by video for safety reasons, and also because of the many potential contributing factors that can only be addressed in a one to one session.

Bookings are made through the online calendar by choosing a time and date that suits. Slots are booked at a minimum time of 30 minutes at a cost of £30.

Please note, all slots are non refundable should calls not be answered at the prebooked time.
