Your dog has bitten someone, and the police have become involved. What do you do next? In recent years this, unfortunately, has become a more common issue.
I have been providing personal assessments for dog owners both privately on recommendation of solicitors and in conjunction with the police with regards to assessments, reports and court proceedings since 2009.
Depending on the circumstances, assessments take place either at the owner’s home, or at a designated location dictated by the police if the seizure of a dog has been deemed necessary by the police.
Assessments are recorded on video and are accompanied with a full report. If needed, I will attend court in person.
