Azz visited us within a few days and i enjoyed his straight-talking, no-nonsense approach. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a range of practical tips and exercises that we could implement immediately. During his initial visit I could already see changes in Otis' behaviour and a few months later his behaviour has changed dramatically. He walks brilliantly on lead (even next to the pram), his recall is almost perfect and while we still have to be careful, his reactivity has improved hugely and we very rarely see any aggression. I'm confident that if we continue with Otis' training it will become a thing of the past.
